General Mills - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment to improve reliability and operational performance;
Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment;
Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery, tools, and equipment;
Identify/diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and/or electronic issues;
Manage work orders, parts requisition, and data entry via Maximo Maintenance Management System;
Provide technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and modification;
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
