Responsibilities- Locating HDD drill heads using Digi Trak, Subsite and comparable systems
- Providing real-time steering corrections to the Drill Operator
- Reading utility maps, bore profiles and construction drawings
- Identifying underground utility conflicts before drilling begins
- Recording bore information and production data
- Working closely with Operators, Foremen, Inspectors and Utility Representatives
- Maintaining OSHA-compliant, safety-focused job sites
- 3+ years of HDD locating experience
- Fiber optic or underground utility construction experience
- Strong understanding of bore planning and utility avoidance
- Experience with Digi Trak, Subsite or equivalent locating systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Valid driver's license
