** Facilities Maintenance Technician
** to support our

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environments

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems

+ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partners

+ Prioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code‑compliant completion

+ Order materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS

+ Participate in on‑call rotation as needed

** What You Bring*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ 2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience

+ Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and building systems

+ Knowledge of 110/220V, single‑phase, and 3‑phase systems

+ Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Valid U.S. driver's license

+ Ability to lift to 50 lbs

+ Willingness to work weekday day shift with on‑call rotation

** Preferred Qualifications*

Experience with boiler or hydronic systems or Journeyman Plumber License

+ Knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical controls, BAS, or CMMS
