Hawthorne Cat is hiring a Machinery Service Tech 1 (Rentals) to diagnose, repair, and rebuild Caterpillar equipment in a shop or field setting. You will work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and document all work in service reports, while following safety and company policies.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of heavy equipment repair experience, diesel-tech training or apprenticeship, and proficiency with diagnostic software and service tools.
