Robotics Technician

Our client, a leader in material handling and automation solutions, is seeking a Robotics Technician to join their team. As a Robotics Technician, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance department supporting the maintenance and repair of automated systems and equipment.

Job Title: Robotics Technician | 6 months contract, potential to extend

Location: Bondurant, IA

Pay Range: $28-$29/HR

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation and tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions during long shifts.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
