Up to $37.03 per hour DOE

Hours:

Week 1:
Wednesday & Thursday 6:45 am to 7:00 pm

Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6:45 am to 7:00 pm

Weekly pay on Fridays.

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Teammembermust be able to work in ateam oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assigned tasks list toinclude, butnot limited to repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other power-driven rotating equipment. Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed inconformancewith established standards. Expectation of task completion to range from task completion with direct supervision to task completion without supervision, reliant upon assigned tasks and employee’sdevelopment.
• This position requires the employee to work without supervision.
• Assistin formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties andprovidework order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
• Must have working knowledge of the following topics: using hand / power tools, precision alignment, rigging, pipe fitting, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance.
• Employee will perform any and allother duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
• Must be able to use hand toolson a daily basissuch as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required.
• Must be able tooperateand have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, basket trucks, and skid loaders.
• Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc.utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks
• Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
• Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
• Communications with all team members toassistthe development ofshort- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives
• Maintainpersonal tools required for your job to include an up to date documented personal toollist. Required toollistingto be supplied as part of employment.
• Meetphysicalrequirements of the job. Physical requirementsofthe job will be provided to you prior to employment.
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
• Accurate andtimelyadministrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
• Mustmaintainpositive customer and employee relations.

• Education:
  
  Possessa high school degree or an approved GED. AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred, butnotrequired.
• Experience:
  
  5+years' experience in industrial maintenance and/or 4+ years education in industrial maintenance technologies / engineering preferred.
