Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking Maintenance Supervisors to lead teams responsible for the upkeep and improvement of pipeline facilities in Woodbine, MD. This role combines hands‑on leadership with technical expertise, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of energy products. • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in pipeline maintenance or similar oil & gas role
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain HAZWOPER and Operator Qualification certifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Maximo, Oracle Procurement, and Enablon systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and work in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
• Leadership experience within Colonial Pipeline
• Forklift training/licensing, hazardous waste operations, or electrician license
