As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our apartment community’s technical operations, addressing a variety of needs to ensure a seamless living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Work Orders
:
Respond to and coordinate maintenance requests promptly. - Plumbing
:
Replace faucets, snake drains, and install toilet valves. - Carpentry
:
Hang windows and doors, repair hinges, and replace door/window locks. - Painting and Repairs
:
Patch and paint walls to match existing finishes. - Preventive Maintenance
:
Keep records for building systems, fire safety, and operational equipment. - Inventory Management
:
Order supplies, schedule vendors, and control inventory. - Inspections
:
Conduct unit inspections and ensure consistency across properties. - Emergency Response
:
Be available for after-hours, on-call emergencies.
- Complete work assignments efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain a high standard of property upkeep, minimizing costs while ensuring top-notch conditions.
- Communicate complex issues clearly and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.

Flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule. - Compliance
