What You’ll DoPerform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environments

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partners

Prioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code‑compliant completion

Order materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMSParticipate in on‑call rotation as needed

What You Bring High school diploma or GED2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience

Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and building systems

Knowledge of 110/220V, single‑phase, and 3‑phase systems

Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid U.S. driver’s license

Ability to lift to 50 lbs Willingness to work weekday day shift with on‑call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with boiler or hydronic systems or Journeyman Plumber License Knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical controls, BAS, or CMMSBenefits – How We’ll Support You:
