Key Responsibilities- Perform Welding Fabricating tasks to produce top-notch paving equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Proven experience in Welding Fabricating
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welding certification preferred
