Palm Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Handyman/Plumber to service commercial clients in and around the Las Vegas area. This is a steady, no-upsell position focused on quality workmanship and reliable service.

• Commercial plumbing service and repairs
• Running a 100’ drain snake
• Operating sewer cameras and hydro jetters
• Basic drywall repair and painting
• Door and lock repairs and adjustments
• Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.)
• T-bar ceiling repairs
• Minor electrical repairs (a big plus)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades
• Clean driving record
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to work independently and professionally on commercial sites
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities service
• Strong plumbing background with multi-scope repair ability
