Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Supervisors, Drillers/Driller Trainers, and Helpers to join our team. This roles involve overseeing drilling project, operating and maintaining drilling equipment, and assisting the drillers for mineral exploration projects in remote locations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills, leadership, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities for Supervisors

· Oversee the crew onsite.

· Oversee the paperwork required for the project.

· Supervise and train drillers and helpers on-site.

· Perform daily equipment inspections and basic repairs.

· Communicate between the crew, upper management, and the clients.

Responsibilities for Drillers

· Operate and maintain surface core drilling rigs and related equipment.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

· Supervise and train drill helpers on-site.

· Perform daily equipment inspections and basic repairs.

· Accurately record drilling data and footage for reporting.

· Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.

Responsibilities for Helpers

· Assist the drillers on all day-to-day activities at the drills.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

· Perform daily equipment inspections and basic repairs.

Qualifications for Supervisors and Drillers/Driller Trainers

· Previous experience as a driller in mineral exploration or related field.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work in remote outdoor environments for extended periods.

· Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred, but not required.

· Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications for Helpers

· Previous experience as a core drilling helper preferred, but not required.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to lift over 50 pounds.

· Ability to work in remote outdoor environments for extended periods.

· Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred, but not required.

· Commitment to safety and teamwork.

· Competitive wages based on experience.

· Bonus based on footage drilled. Good bonus on top of hourly. Hourly BOE.
