Location: Grimes

DH Pace, a national leader in door, dock, and security systems, seeks an Install Manager to lead installation projects in the construction market. In this role, you'll plan and supervise commercial and residential installs, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards, and serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and general contractors. You'll review plans, schedule resources, resolve field issues, track job progress, and support technicians with training.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial and residential installation projects for doors, docks, and security systems
  • Supervise installation crews and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and schedules to prepare labor, material, and equipment plans
  • Ensure all work meets DH Pace quality standards and complies with building codes and safety regulations
  • Lead safety practices on every jobsite, enforcing OSHA and company policies
  • Serve as primary on-site contact for customers and general contractors, addressing issues and change requests
  • Monitor project progress, resolve field problems, and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Track job costs, document work completed, and prepare status reports
  • Train and mentor technicians on installation standards, safety, and customer service
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to support smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
