Contents Cleaning Technician

You’ll be a key component of our team, providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

• Follow remediation and restoration procedures for cleanup of the client's home and possessions, using the appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment.
• Communicate with property owners, showing empathy for their loss.
• Photograph, identify, and inventory customers' contents.
• Wrap, package, and label contents for transport to cleaning facility.
• Unwrap, assess, and clean contents.
• Identify, re-wrap, package, and label cleaned contents.
• Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete daily log.
• Return cleaned and restored property to customer when building restoration is complete.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

• You know how to provide exceptional customer service, show empathy for the customer, are friendly and professional in both your appearance and attitude.
• You have great attention to detail. This is key to ensuring that the detailed documentation of a loss is accurate and complete. Using the latest systems and technology will ensure that we complete projects right the first time.
• You are a team player. As part of a team passional about helping others, you must also be dedicated to excellence and ready to step up and help, no matter what.
• You find excitement in the unknown and are eager to show up on time to do what it takes to get the job done.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.

The starting wage for this position is $18 per hour with overtime pay available. Paid holidays are available for full-time employees. PTO is available following 6 months of service.
