Responsibilities

• Interpret accurately for any management or personnel staff.
• Provide interpretation for team members who are non‑English speaking.
• Accurately interpret documents from English to TBA or vice versa.
• Assist dispensary staff with physicals and doctor appointments, including interpretation for non‑English speaking team members at the doctor’s office.
• Perform any other tasks or miscellaneous duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Good general knowledge of the production areas and management personnel. Skilled in accurate interpretation. Must be able to communicate and translate effectively in verbal and written format English/TBA and translate written documents. Confidentiality is a must.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic PC skills preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP Professional programs such as Excel, Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office programs.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of team members from hourly to upper management as well as government officials.
• Special
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to drive a company vehicle. Must carry a valid driver’s license. Class D Chauffeurs License preferred. Excellent people skills and a willingness to assist as needed. Ability to work under little supervision.
• Other Requirements:
  Good attendance, safety record and all‑around work record. Must not have more than a minimum attendance level of 6 points. Must not have received a written warning within the last 6 months.
