WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Coordinate and facilitate Youth-Centered Planning Meetings (YCPM) in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare youth, families, and support team members for participation in the planning process.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including coordinating participants, materials, and accommodations.
  • Guide productive, goal-oriented discussions that promote youth engagement and self-determination.
  • Develop and document clear action plans and meeting outcomes.
  • Complete required documentation and maintain confidential records within established time frames.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree or equivalent post‑secondary education with relevant human services experience;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with youth, families, and community partners.
  • Commitment to strengths‑based, youth-centered practices.
  • Ability to manage conflict, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
