This position is responsible for the coordination and oversight of two 24-hour sites. The Service Coordinator’s role is to learn what goals are most important to the individuals served by HCI and to organize resources and coordinate the services and supports that will facilitate those goals. The Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the assigned 24-hour Sites and supervision of the 24-Hour staff to assure their performance directly relates to the personal outcome of the individuals served.
BA degree in education, social work, or other related field; or a high school diploma and four years direct experience in a MH//DD facility. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
