Missions

In the context of the social and health policy of the Department, you work within a departmental solidarity district (CSD). You support families on a daily basis in the context of prevention, preparation for placement, and return of children to their family. You contribute to the family dynamic.

• Be present at visitation rights,
• Intervene at the homes of families that are economically, socially, and culturally deprived (in liaison with the team),
• Provide assistance in the observation, identification, and evaluation of family situations of abuse,
• Participate in the organization and animation of collective actions in collaboration with the team of the district.

You hold the State Diploma of Social and Family Intervention Worker, and you have a B permit (required). You are looking for a position where listening and teamwork (multidisciplinary or in a partnership network) are at the heart of your activity. You have good knowledge of:
• The institutional, social, and educational environment,
• The psychology of the child and the effects of abuse,
• Support devices. You are a person who:
• Is concerned about the respect of professional deontology (professional secrecy and rights of the user),
• Has a capacity for listening, observation, analysis, and evaluation,
• Is able to take a step back,
• Possesses relational and writing skills,
• Is rigorous, organized, and available
• Has an aptitude for using computer tools.

Social Agent, Social Agent Principal 1st Class, Social Agent Principal 2nd Class
