Duties
You will supervise staff assigned to the Work and Family Life (WFL) program/division consisting of subordinates and/or volunteers to provide guidance, leadership, training, and supervision.
You will coach subordinates in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques; advises on work methods, practices and procedures; and assists in identifying the parameters of a viable solution.
You will exercise initiative in developing and managing a variety of educational forums and briefings autonomously to enhance community capacity and thus assist serviced populations in improving WFL skills and knowledge of available resources.
You will ensure the provision of a full range of prevention and educational briefs and workshops through Life Skill support to all customers.
You will independently develop standardized plans, policies, and procedures for the delivery of WFL services.
You will maintain oversight of the WFL budget requirements and ensures that financial records are always in compliance with all directives/policy.
