• Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients.
• Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs.
• Oversee evening operations and documentation.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists.
• Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development.
• Communicate with families and case workers as needed.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and maintain required training.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• One year of related experience.
• At least 21 years old. Hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license. Maintain a clean driving record. Carry insurance that meets YSS coverage standards.
