. We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Engineer with experience building high‑performing, scalable, enterprise‑grade applications.

What to do

• Worked as part of a software development team under the Agile Scrum model.
• Understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Contribute to improve the team and organization’s process and infrastructure.
• Create the reusable, testable, and efficient codes.
• Design and implement performant applications with low latency and high availability.
• Integrate the data storage solutions and create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Implement the security and data protection.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

What you should have

• At least 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development or in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of back‑end web development, especially in the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Good knowledge in Restful API development.
• Good knowledge of Design patterns.
• Experience in SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• Experience working with testing libraries like RSpec.
• Familiarity with front‑end technologies such as Webpack/Webpacker, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
  3. Having experience with React
  
  JS/VueJS/Angular
  
  JS is a plus.

• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with system operations or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
• Experience integrating with common third‑party APIs (e.g., LINE, Stripe, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience working with multiple database types such as Redis, Mongo
  
  DB, and Elasticsearch.
