What will you do?
- Partner with business and marketing teams to implement detailed customer applications.
- Build microservice applications using best practices.
- Write high-quality, scalable, reusable, and fault-tolerant code.
- Write automated unit tests and perform API validations.
- Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to define API schemas.
- Work with front-end developers to integrate UI components with back-end systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to gather requirements and groom user stories.
- Set development standards and ensure high-quality technical documentation.
- Manage a team to deliver solutions addressing user and business needs.
- Identify and promote development best practices.
- Perform technical assessments of requirements.
- Serve as a mentor and technical leader.
- Participate actively in scrum/agile ceremonies.
- Gather and document development requirements.
- Contribute code and review code for existing and new features.
- Communicate effectively with various departments.

What are we looking for?
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into designs.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Extensive Java Spring Boot and RESTful Microservices experience.

- Experience with concurrency frameworks like Mono, Flux.
- Strong relational database experience (Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres).

- Experience with automated testing tools like JUnit.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git Lab, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI.

- Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Kibana, ELK, Dynatrace.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Design Patterns, asynchronous programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Background in Financial Sector is preferred.

- Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Knowledge of API security (OAuth).
- Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, GIT, Sonar Qube, CI/CD tools.
- Awareness of BIAN framework is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits, and Duration:
- Salary range: USD 34,000 to USD 120,000, based on experience.
- Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k, incentives, paid time off, holidays.
- Position available for full-time employees and independent contractors.
