Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications and interfaces within defined timelines using approved tools and technologies
- Analyze business requirements and strategy to independently design effective technical solutions; provide ongoing support, mentoring, and training to internal customers and team members
- Test and debug complex application systems to ensure accuracy, performance, standards compliance, and adherence to project deadlines
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including test scripts, procedures, training materials, and handoff documentation, in accordance with departmental standards
- Provide technical leadership on moderate to complex projects, guiding team members and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors while prioritizing work to meet organizational goals and timelines
- Bachelor s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a programming or development environment
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Unix, and Linux operating systems
- Strong development experience with SQL/PLSQL, Java, Python, C#, .NET (VB), HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Type Script, and XML; experience with Oracle APEX and Vue.js; familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and Blazor
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (OM, Inventory, BOM, WMS), Oracle Transportation Management, Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD), Ignition, and Microsoft Office; SAP S/4
HANA experience a plus - Hands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, documentation, communication, and project management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
