As a Senior Workday Integration Developer– Workday Studio you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Workday’s integration tools, integration methodologies and best practices to ensure data flows smoothly and accurately between Workday and other enterprise and external systems.

• Designing Integration Solutions:Leading the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems (such as payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third‑party applications). Writing code, developing software components, and implementing complex functionalities according to project requirements.
• Workday Studio:Using
  Workday Studio
  to develop complex integrations involving multiple systems, including configuring web services (REST/SOAP), developing transformation logic, and handling data mappings.
• Pre‑built Connectors:Leveraging
  Workday Cloud Connect
  and other pre‑built connectors to integrate Workday with third‑party applications efficiently.
• Customization:Customizing integrations to meet the unique business requirements of the organization, ensuring they align with Workday’s best practices.
• Develop Integration Workflows:Building integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems, enabling data synchronization and automation.
• Workday Extend: Developing and Configuring Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Implementation and Deployment: Integrating various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution.
• Deploy Integration Solutions:Overseeing the deployment of integration solutions into production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Data Migration:Assisting with data migration efforts, ensuring that legacy data is accurately transferred to Workday and integrating with external systems where needed.
• Workday Version Updates:Ensuring that integrations are updated to remain compatible with Workday’s quarterly releases and applying changes to address new functionality or version updates.
• Participating in
  Agile or other development methodologies, attending meetings, contributing to project planning, and helping drive the progress and success of digital projects.
• Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Collaborating with other members of the development team and stakeholders to make high‑level architectural decisions, proposing design patterns, and ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions.
• Working with Business Analysts and Functional Teams:Collaborating closely with functional teams (HR, finance, IT, etc.) and business analysts to understand integration requirements and align the solutions with business needs.
• Stakeholder Communication:Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues related to integrations.
• External Vendor Coordination:Working with third‑party vendors or service providers to manage external integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and error‑free processing.
