Responsibilities- Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to after-hours team members.
- Train new staff and support ongoing professional development of the team.
- Direct, dispatch, and oversee a team of CDL Class A drivers during after-hours operations.
- Track driver locations, load progress, and availability to ensure efficient operations.
- Respond to inbound calls, providing timely support to drivers, customers, and internal personnel.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication between drivers, customers, and internal departments.
- Manage daily after-hours service activities, including customer communication and relationship management.
- Enforce DOT regulations and company safety standards to ensure compliance and safe operations.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services with approved vendors.
- Monitor maintenance needs and communicate critical issues to daytime operations and maintenance teams.
- Execute load recovery operations to ensure freight is delivered safely and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking operations, with knowledge of dispatch, DOT regulations, freight movement, and driver support.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, coach employees, and maintain accountability in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $55K-$70K annually DOE
