The Maquoketa Valley School District has an opening for a bus driver for Part‑Time, possibly moving into Full‑Time. Applicants must have a CDL with a school bus passenger endorsement or the ability to obtain one. The district will support an individual through the license process if needed.

We are looking for a reliable School Bus Driver to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school and extracurricular events, following a scheduled route and ensuring the safety of all passengers.

• Transport children and other passengers to and from school
• Obey all traffic laws to ensure students arrive safely
• Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times
• Ensure the safety of all students when entering and leaving the bus
• Assist students with getting on and off the bus as needed
• Engage with students as they enter and leave the bus
