Delivery Driver Part‑Time.

Parts Authority, an IWI Motor Parts division headquartered in Long Island, New York. The driver position is located in Dyersville, IA.

• Pick up and drop off automotive parts while following assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
• Take and follow directions from dispatcher, use route‑navigation apps, and adjust routes as necessary.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, respecting operations at the customer’s place of business.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare reports, reconcile money collected, and reconcile customer credit and debt balances.
• When applicable, complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles and notify manager of any issues.
• Assist with store or warehouse duties (stock, parts pulling, etc.) as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• 21 years old or older (insurance requirement).
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 lbs (75 lbs for Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers).
• Ability to manage, track, and account for money transactions and reconcile balances.
• Proficiency with a tablet or mobile device for navigation, route optimization, tracking, and signature capture.
• Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills; professional and diplomatic demeanor.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed (preferred).
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.

Compensation: USD $14.00 per hour.
