Uni First is seeking a reliable and hardworking Non-CDL Shuttle & Transport Driver to join our Uni First Family. As a Team Partner, you will be transporting and delivering production materials between plant and branch locations utilizing a Non-CDL required vehicle. At Uni First we have a 5-day work week and enjoy Saturday and Sunday off! We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training.

• Safely drive a Non-CDL required commercial motor vehicle in compliance with Federal, State, and company policies.
• Utilize equipment to maximize productivity and minimize wear and downtime.
• Transport product between branch and plant locations according to schedule.
• Ensure appropriate product is selected and loaded for the appropriate day.
• Load and unload the vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring proper load distribution and securement.
• Maintain Hours of Service logs per Federal and State regulations.
• Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle safety inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Correct minor defects and deficiencies; top off fluids, replace bulbs and wiper blades, ensure emergency equipment inventory.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, roadside inspections, and incidents immediately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance to reflect Uni First standards.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1‑year verifiable driving experience.
• Safe driving record per Uni First Pre‑Employment Background Policy.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and non‑DOT drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and management interaction.
• Critical thinking skills for practical problem‑solving.
• Ability to read and follow shipping information and conduct inspections.
• Ability to operate vehicle for extended periods.
• Ability to load and unload material at each destination point.
• Ability to comply with all DOT regulatory requirements.
