FISCHER CONCRETE SERVICES is seeking experienced ready-mix drivers in the Tipton area. As a ready-mix driver, you will deliver ready-mix concrete and associated products to job sites safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include pre‑trip safety inspections, daily fluid level checks, maintaining a clean vehicle interior and exterior, and operating tablets and other in‑truck devices.

• Deliver ready-mix concrete and associated products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle safety inspection and daily fluid level checks, adding fluids when necessary.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside the cab, inside the drum, and on the exterior using proper washing procedures.
• Use tablet and in‑truck devices for route planning and reporting.

• Must pass a Federal Department of Transportation pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical.
• Subject to random drug testing in accordance with company and federal requirements.
• Valid Class B CDL with airbrakes.
• Standard transmission certification.
