We are hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes across western America. You will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. This position offers competitive pay, a $5,000 hiring bonus for a limited time, and excellent benefits.

Transport cargo on flatbed trailers, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. Handle loading and unloading of tractor‑trailers, manage accessorial compensation, and maintain a positive driving record.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of driving experience (preferred 1 year).
• Background check and drug test required.
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice.
• Not eligible: owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months of CDL‑A driving experience).

Weekly pay ranges from $903.55 to $2,021.54 depending on experience and routes.

Annual pay ranges from $46,984.82 to $.

• Bonus: $5,000 hiring bonus paid in four installments of $1,250 over 12 months. The installments are paid at each 90‑day interval of active employment.
  • 1st payout: $1,250 after the first 90 days.
  • 2nd payout: $1,250 after the second 90 days.
  • 3rd payout: $1,250 after the third 90 days.
  • 4th payout: $1,250 after the fourth 90 days.
• Additional accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
