System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western region of America.

Weekly Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week

Annual Pay: $60,912.97 – $ per year
Depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile, depending on experience.

Full pay package includes additional accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.

Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Transport goods and materials including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Adhere to company and safety regulations for all shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and any incidents.
• Perform basic truck inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than six jobs in the last three years.
• Minimum of 4+ months of driving experience.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation.
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience.

System Transport does not allow pets. Riders aged 7 and up are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.
