Tasks:

• Customer support
• Coordination with delivery houses
• Proactive customer communication
• Organization of special trips
• Processing of shipments with the help of Active Report, unloading reports, hall entry, remaining item list
• Reclamation processing

Qualifications:

• Training as a merchant in forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge in the field of forwarding collective goods
• Fluent German
• Good English skills, B2
• Secure handling of the common MS Office programs
• You have a very good communication behavior with customers, transport entrepreneurs and colleagues
