Trans Force is seeking a CDL A Driver to support regional operations based in Sergeant Bluff, IA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver‑focused team.

• Experience:
  
  1+ year

• Schedule:
  
  Mon-Fri with 2 overnights a week. 12‑hour shifts, start time varies
• Pay: $380 per day

• Equipment:
  Day cabs 28' to 53' tractor‑trailer. Manual transmission required
• Handling:
  Touch freight, an electric pallet jack is provided

• License: CDL A
• Experience:
  
  1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Manual transmission required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Safely operate the Day Cab on regional routes
• Transport hardware items in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks, including unloading pallets with an electric pallet jack
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
