Paton-Churdan Community School District is seeking a dependable, safety-minded, and student-focused Full-Time Bus Driver to join our transportation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while enjoying a consistent schedule and supportive work environment.

• Safely transport students to and from school, activities, and events.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly bus environment.
• Follow all traffic laws, district policies, and Iowa school transportation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and transportation personnel.
• Complete required reports and documentation.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements, or willingness to obtain (training may be available).
• Current DOT physical or ability to obtain.
• Strong commitment to student safety and excellent attendance.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug/alcohol screening.
