We are seeking a reliable and experienced Ag Operator to join the operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient application of fertilizers and crop protection products, as well as assisting with delivery and transportation of ag inputs. You'll operate high-tech equipment and work closely with growers and agronomy staff to ensure timely, accurate field applications.

• Operate application equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products to customer fields
• Safely transport products to and from customer locations using company vehicles
• Maintain accurate records of applications, fields, and products used
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on equipment
• Assist in loading/unloading of product and supporting warehouse operations as needed
• Communicate effectively with growers and team members regarding field conditions and job completion

• Experience operating farm or agricultural equipment required
• CDL or Applicator's License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive pay: $50,000 - $70,000+ DOE
• Acre-based spray bonus potential
