Papa John's Trans Papa Logistics is seeking dedicated, results-driven CDL drivers to join our transportation team. We offer two distinct driving positions, each designed to meet different career goals and lifestyle preferences. Delivering fresh ingredients to Papa John's stores, our drivers play a crucial role in making our pizza better.

CDL-A Company Truck Driver

Compensation & Bonuses

• Annual Pay:
  Up to $100,000/year
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Referral Bonus: $5,000
• Monthly Performance Bonuses:
  Up to $750

Route Details

• Multi-stop local and regional routes
• Extended trips with overnight stays
• Performance-based routing system

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year veri?able Class A tractor-trailer experience within last 3 years
• Graduation from accredited commercial driving/technical school
• Ability to lift 60 lbs frequently
• Clean MVR, DOT compliance, and background check
• Food/beverage transport experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely per DOT regulations
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with distribution centers and stores
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing at least 50 pounds
