Regional CDL-A Driver Overview
- Top regional CPM. Earn up to $0.76 CPM including monthly bonuses that can add up to an additional $0.06 CPM depending on the lane.*
- Retention bonus available. Regional drivers can earn up to a $10,000 retention bonus.*
- Focused regional lanes. Run consistent freight through CA, NV, and UT.
- Frequent home time. Drivers typically run ~70 hours before a 34-hour reset at home.

- Driver-friendly freight and equipment. Run 99% no-touch freight in Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks.
- Flexible pay options. Optional per diem available to structure your earnings.
- Extra pay that stacks. Detention, layover, extra stop, driver assist, clean inspection bonuses, plus +2 CPM for military veterans.*
- Hazmat pays more. Earn $75 per placarded hazmat load.*
