This role involves the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products to support operational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
Pick and stage materials according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and loading onto trucks.
Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.
Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
