Operations Lead-3rd shift, Fri-Sun

Responsible for successfully leading the departmental team producing, completing tasks, and receiving and shipping product in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Keeps crew on task and meets deadlines.

• Operating mechanical forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks.
• Operating and maintaining RF Scanner (handheld warehouse computer).
• Accurately completing work order sheets.
• Cleaning and maintaining warehouse floor and facilities as needed.
• Completing reports and reviews for management.
• Maintaining great communication with all departments in the Distribution Center.
• Handling and dealing with customer, carrier, and employee issues.
• Following set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times.

• Ability to work unsupervised.

• Computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, SAP).

Salary range: $21.81 – $27.26 per hour (base pay only; other rewards may include annual incentive and program‑specific awards).

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach, talk or hear. Occasionally required to walk, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to 35 lbs. Must frequently lift up to 35 lbs. Shift length typically 10‑12 hours. Requires close vision.

Plant or office setting with varying temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement, wet or slippery floors. Travel may be required.
