Compensation: $18.75 - $21.50 per hour

Schedule:

2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday (2nd shift)

• Picking:
  • Use pallet jack to accurately pick, stage, stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products according to client requirements.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all picking functions.
• Quality Control:
  • Verify quality and completeness of orders using appropriate documentation.
  • Report damages or discrepancies and perform necessary packaging actions.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
  • Execute all safety protocols and promote safety in the workplace.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist with warehouse security.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Operate pallet jack and maintain equipment.
  • Report equipment problems and perform safe, efficient operation following prescribed work methods.
• Other Duties:
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Work overtime as required by business needs.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Work Environment:
  Able to work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.

  Basic to intermediate to verify quantities, count inventory, or perform related duties.

• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.

• Occasionally: handling/fingering, sitting.
• Frequently: bending.
• Constantly: walking and standing.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull: 21‑50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.

The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is usually low to moderate.
