Job Title:
Dock Coordinator-2nd shift
Time Type:

Compensation: $18.75 - $21.50 per hour
Schedule:
2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday (2nd shift)
- Picking:
- Use pallet jack to accurately pick, stage, stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products according to client requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all picking functions.
- Quality Control:
- Verify quality and completeness of orders using appropriate documentation.
- Report damages or discrepancies and perform necessary packaging actions.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
- Execute all safety protocols and promote safety in the workplace.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist with warehouse security.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate pallet jack and maintain equipment.
- Report equipment problems and perform safe, efficient operation following prescribed work methods.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Work overtime as required by business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Work Environment:
Able to work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate. - Computer
Skills:
None required. - Language
Skills:
English (reading, writing, verbal). - Mathematical
Skills:
Basic to intermediate to verify quantities, count inventory, or perform related duties. - Other:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- At least 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.
- Occasionally: handling/fingering, sitting.
- Frequently: bending.
- Constantly: walking and standing.
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull: 21‑50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is usually low to moderate.
