Logistics Manager

At the heart of the logistics activity, you are responsible for the good management of flows and stocks. You will alternate between two positions.

You will replace our warehouse workers (approximately 18 weeks per year), your missions will be:

• Ensure the daily management of stocks (raw materials, packaging and consumables)
• Manage carton orders based on forecasts
• Ensure the continuous replenishment of carton stocks
• Receive and unload goods from Entremont sites
• Perform quantitative and qualitative checks upon receipt
• Supply the canteens with packaging and consumables as needed
• Follow and record finished product returns and manage non-conforming packaging returns
• Ensure the consistency of stocks
• Carry out monthly inventories (1 Saturday per month)
• Ensure the secure control and storage of chemical products

You will hold the position of shipment preparer (approximately 25 weeks per year), where your missions will be:

• Properly store pallets on the shipment dock
• Load trucks referring to the route book
• Film pallets using an automatic or manual filmer
• Prepare orders based on platform requests
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas and organize/optimize storage spaces
• Fill out and validate or not the route (notify if a pallet is missing,...)
• Perform loading in compliance with safety and delivery order instructions

All this will be done in compliance with our safety and hygiene rules related to the food industry.

Contract:
Permanent Contract in 2x8 (39 hours per week) - Up-to-date CACES 1 and 3 required.

Profile Sought:

Previous experience in a warehouse worker position is a plus. We are looking for a person who is meticulous, organized, and demonstrates good communication.
