What’s Expected?  

 To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute
 outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small
 Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We
 have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control
 [], Fasteners Plus
 [], and Ecofoil []
 brands.

 all times.

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  
* Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety
    guidelines
  
* Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent walking
    across short and long distances within the facility.
  
* Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  
* Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely
  
* Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms
  
* Regular pushing and pulling of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and carts) as
    part of daily job duties.

Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:

* Small Pack  
    
* Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
    
* Audit orders for accuracy.
    
* Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
    
* Fulfill the order in the ERP.

* Receiving & Inventory  
    
* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
    
* Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in
      accurately to ensure product is available to ship.    
    
* Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. 
    
* Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating
      or reducing lost and damaged inventory.      
  
* LTL  
    
* Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and
      shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
    
* Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing
      shipments and preparing items for shipment.
    
* Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.

As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

Equipment

* Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and
    sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
