Shipping Associate

We are looking for agile, customer-focused, and growth-minded people to join our Shipping Team who are constantly seeking to accomplish great things for our business, customers, and each other. To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil brands.

All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.

• Perform duties across warehouse areas:
  Small Pack, Receiving & Inventory, and LTL, including picking, packing, and shipping per procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper documentation, quality checks, FIFO replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Operate and learn powered industrial equipment (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Drive culture by upholding Clickstop’s Core Values and Code, demonstrating behaviors such as courage, strategic thinking, impact, decisiveness, communication, responsibility, opportunism, enthusiasm, and curiosity.
• Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

• First-hand warehouse experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 60+ lbs with assistance; stand/walk for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, twisting.
• Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and accountability.

• Eligibility criteria: employed at Clickstop for at least 6 months, engaged, meeting current role expectations, in good standing with no formal discipline in the prior 90 days, and prior discussion of the opportunity with their manager.
• Within three business days after applying: manager receives a scorecard; manager and TAS discuss; decision to proceed or not; if proceed, scheduling link to meet hiring manager; if not, discussion with manager.
