- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands; efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas. Stack, package, band, shrink wrap, and label products as determined by client requirements, following the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Use appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly. Verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies. - Execute all safety protocols and carry out job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area, and assist in securing the warehouse.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently, following prescribed work methods.
- Maintain equipment and report problems.
- Perform or assist in building, grounds and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
Education and/or Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory or perform other duties associated with handling, storing and distributing client products.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑paced, stimulating work environment.
- 6 months of experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally: bending.
- Frequently: walking and standing.
- Ability to lift/carry and push/pull, reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat or kneel.
The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level is usually low to moderate.

BASE PAYExpected base pay range: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
