As a Fulfillment Specialist you will ensure accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. The role demands adaptability, keen attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

• Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect, and audit all items with safety, care, and precision.
• Maintain a detail‑oriented approach for accurate order processing.
• Uphold high‑quality standards in product handling and packaging.
• Demonstrate a problem‑solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours when necessary.

• Preferred experience in logistics, fulfillment, or similar industries.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with hand‑held scanners.
• Honesty, integrity, and commitment to quality.

Hourly wage: $18.00. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Total compensation includes base salary, benefits, and potential stock options.
