Inventory Clerk Role Overview
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for conducting daily physical inventory counts as part of the reconciliation process.
- Counts inventory daily to ensure there is enough inventory on hand.
- Reconciles count and data entry for full goods inventory to ensure accuracy in the inventory system.
- Conducts End‑Date‑Audits to identify and isolate out‑dated product.
- Enters initial fill vending orders into SAP.
- Verifies shipping and receiving for accuracy.
- Conducts inventory recounts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of industry experience preferred.
- Good math and PC skills.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
