We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance & Technician to support warehouse operations at our Las Vegas Facility by maintaining equipment and facilities, managing inventory, performing quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, warehouse experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Facility Maintenance
  • Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain and inspect company vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation; identify repair needs and coordinate service appointments as required.
  • Coordinate transportation of vehicles to repair facilities for maintenance, smog inspections, and other services.
  • Monitor storage areas and refrigeration systems to ensure proper operating conditions and protect inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse and office environment.
  • Ensure emergency safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and first aid kits, is properly maintained and accessible.
  • Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on warehouse machinery, tools, office equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Promptly report maintenance, infrastructure, or safety concerns that could impact product quality or employee safety.
  • Maintain monthly maintenance logs for forklifts, vehicles, facilities, printers, and refrigeration temperature monitoring.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) are current and properly maintained.
Receiving, Shipping & Inventory Control
  • Inspect incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications and purchase requirements.
  • Safely load and unload shipments while verifying contents against shipping documentation.
  • Inspect received materials for damage and document discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly identified, labeled, and stored.
  • Preserve product identification and traceability throughout storage and handling.
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain shipping and receiving logs.
  • Establish and maintain designated isolation areas for third‑party property.
  • Complete shipping documentation while verifying customer‑specific shipping requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with vendors and freight carriers.
  • Process damaged goods and coordinate return shipments when necessary.
  • Accurately perform inventory counts and maintain inventory log sheets.
Quality Control & Assembly
  • Prepare equipment, materials, and work areas before testing and inspections.
  • Perform product testing and quality inspections to verify compliance with performance and safety standards.
  • Assemble components according to approved work instructions and document objective quality evidence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or electrical issues encountered during assembly or testing.
  • Identify, segregate, and quarantine nonconforming materials and immediately notify the Engineering/Quality Manager.
  • Maintain complete records of products entering and leaving the facility.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, maintenance, quality control, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience performing basic equipment, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
  • Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to read work instructions, procedures, and technical documents.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse and office environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or quality‑controlled environments.
  • Knowledge of inventory accuracy, product traceability, and quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
