OP Specialty Bracing is growing, and we believe our team is the key to our success. We are hiring a Shipping and Receiving associate join our team.

Position Summary:

Responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory transactions, preparing outbound shipments, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely material flow throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, packaging, and documentation.
  • Process receiving transactions accurately within the ERP system.
  • Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain organization.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and internal transfers for shipment.
  • Complete shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pickups.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Follow FIFO and material traceability requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support production by ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Quality and Compliance:
  • Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage or discrepancies.
  • Ensure shipping and receiving records are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
  • Report material, inventory, or shipping concerns to management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
