Responsibilities
  • Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts inquiries and needs, whether in person, over the phone, or through online ordering.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all store customers leave satisfied and with the right parts for their vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and refreshed sales floor and stockroom, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with various suppliers to find the best solutions for our customers  automotive requirements.
  • Handle the check-in of freight and put away parts efficiently.
  • Prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage core, defective, and new product returns from customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Effectively communicate product features and warranty policy information.
Qualifications
  • Automotive parts knowledge is required
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability to work within our store s hours of operation
