As a Member Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that greets members and guests and helps create a warm, inclusive experience from the moment they arrive. This role supports both our outdoor pool and Welcome Center operations, helping members connect with programs, services, and the Y community.

• Outdoor Pool:
• Monday - Friday from 1pm to 6pm
• Saturdays & Sundays from 12pm - 6pm
• Weekend availability is required

This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in customer service, sales, nonprofit work, or community engagement.

• Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service
• Manage check-in operations at the outdoor pool and Welcome Center
• Monitor the pool deck and assist with waitlist management
• Answer questions and resolve member concerns with care and discretion
• Support cleanliness and risk management standards
• Build relationships that create a strong sense of belonging

• Must be 16 years or older
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications

FLEXIBLE- Willing to pick up shifts

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Basic knowledge of computers
• We have various open shifts, and weekends are a must
